I booked this POPULAR hotel for trip, had a relaxing stay, its location was marvellous in the center of Puerto Princesa. Location: the venue was very close to baywalk and the Philippines and the airport. Found Namaskar Vegetarian just walking distance from the hotel where I had supper.

We had a wonderful stay of one night.
All good - we enjoyed this classy hotel - the food was FINE and the staff were affable and truly friendly. Our room was modern with a private balcony, a writing desk, and coffee. The breakfast was free of charge and had a great selection of options. The location was central and close to a cathedral and a church.

I loved my spacious Beautiful Double Room with a large bathroom that had both a standing shower and a bathtub! The variety of Live TV channels was excellent. I was thrilled to discover the really good breakfast spread, which changed daily and offered plenty of delicious options.

The breakfast was just an absoluteley disappointing affair with cold selections and non-existent toast. The staff seemed oblivious and never provided the complimentary upgrade I deserved after that. It's almost like they don't understand customer service. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn't. Highly underwhelming.
